Trail, Table, Garden started in June 2022 to focus on living with nature, organic gardening in containers, and sustainable living. Based out of Fukui, Japan, we look at local restaurants and other businesses that try to do things responsibly; jump into the garden and look at how to grow different plans (and of course how to use them after harvest); and we'll be giving the beautiful natural places of Fukui and greater Japan a platform.
